UPDATE: I wanted to come back and update my original review. I was definitely frustrated with how everything was handled at first, especially with the communication. Honestly, it took me leaving the bad review and expressing my frustration, but Tire Wheel Experts did eventually work with me and make things right. They sent me the correct style rim that I originally ordered at no charge, and they also refunded me for what I paid to have the wrong rim taken off and the correct wheel mounted. I’m still not happy with how the situation started, but I do appreciate them working with me and making it right in the end. Credit where it’s due — they took care of the problem, and I felt it was only fair to update my review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH TIRE WHEEL EXPERTS. This was an unbelievably frustrating experience from start to finish. I paid for ONE specific rim. After the order was placed, I was told they didn’t want to split up their last set and instead tried to get me to buy all four. I explained that I only needed one, so they said they would order a single wheel from another company. From there, it was nearly TWO WEEKS of waiting and trying to get basic information about an order I had already paid for. The wheel didn’t arrive when I was told it would, and I had to repeatedly ask for a tracking number and updates. Getting a straight answer was extremely difficult. And after all of that waiting and frustration, THEY SENT ME THE WRONG STYLE OF RIM. Seriously? I paid for one specific rim, waited almost two weeks, repeatedly asked for information about my order, and then received something I didn’t even order. That is an unacceptable customer experience. I wasted my time dealing with delays, poor communication, and an incorrect product when this should have been a simple transaction. The entire process was frustrating and completely unnecessary. I would not recommend Tire Wheel Experts at all. Based on my experience, I will not be giving them my business again. If you’re considering ordering from them, I would seriously think twice. My experience was a complete headache from beginning
