Payment & Financing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and financing options at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. If you run into an issue during checkout, reach us at info@tirewheelexperts.com.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer financing through Affirm, Katapult, and PayPal Pay in 4. Use financing only if you're confident in paying it back. We'll always recommend cash first, but we know flexibility matters.

Can I avoid sales tax?

No. Orders shipped to most U.S. states will include applicable sales tax. Orders shipped to AK, DC, DE, MT, NH, and OR are currently exempt. Sales/use tax rules vary by state, especially in Washington, which requires you to file a use tax return if sales tax isn't collected.

Do you offer a price match guarantee?

Yes. If you find a lower price from an authorized, reputable seller, we'll match it. We won't compete with sketchy listings or unauthorized resellers, but we stand behind our promise of the best value on wheels, tires, and packages.

Shipping & Delivery

Are delivery estimates accurate?

Our delivery estimates reflect average shipping times, including whether a product is in stock or made to order. We strive for accuracy, but estimates may shift due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

How long does it take to receive my order?

In-stock items: 7–14 business days
Wheel & tire packages: usually 10–14 business days
Custom wheels: typically 12–16 weeks

We'll send you tracking information once your order ships.

I ordered custom or forged wheels, how do I get updates?

Custom wheels take time (typically 12–16 weeks). We'll email you updates as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer. To help keep things efficient, we ask that you limit update requests to once per month.

Do I have to pay a liftgate fee?

For large orders (like wheel & tire packages shipped on pallets), some freight carriers charge a liftgate fee. This fee is not included in your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on most products within the lower 48 states. Exceptions:

Hawaii, Alaska, or international orders: additional charges may apply

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Buyers are responsible for all duties, VAT, tariffs, and customs fees. Make sure to check your local requirements before ordering. If fees are refused at delivery, the package will be returned, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Order Support

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

Inspect your delivery before signing any shipping documents (Bill of Lading). If damage is found, note it clearly on the paperwork before accepting. Contact us immediately so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement. Damage not noted at delivery may delay or void claims with the carrier.

I'm having trouble installing my parts—can you help?

Yes. While we don't install parts ourselves, we can connect you with the manufacturer, provide trusted installer recommendations, or point you to resources in our community.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. We're also building a tracking portal for easier status updates.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped, yes. Cancellations for buyer's remorse may incur a 10% processing fee. If the order has shipped or been processed, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. Reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

What's your warranty policy?

Most products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty details can be found on each product page.

We specialize in wheels, tires, and wheel & tire packages for trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs.

Do you offer installation services?

We don't install parts directly, but we'll gladly recommend reputable installers in your area.

Can you give me a quote for a part?

Yes. Provide your year, make, and model along with the part you're looking for. If it's not listed on our site, send us a link, we'll do our best to beat or match the price.
