Welcome to Tire Wheel Experts ("TWE," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1) Who We Are

You must be 18 or older to use the Service or place an order.

2) Key Definitions

• Account: Your login profile for the Service.
• Goods/Products: Wheels, tires, packages, parts, and accessories sold by TWE.
• Order: Your request to purchase Goods from TWE.
• Website: tirewheelexperts.com and any pages we control.

3) Using the Service

You agree to provide accurate information and to follow the law while using the Service. If you create an Account, keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4) Placing Orders

When you place an Order, you:

• Warrant you're legally able to enter a contract.
• Authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method.
• Agree that orders may be subject to verification for fitment and fraud prevention.

We may refuse or cancel any Order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/description errors, availability issues). If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you.

5) Pricing, Taxes, & Promotions

• Prices can change without notice before order acceptance.
• Sales tax is collected where required by law; you're responsible for any use/import taxes, duties, and fees.
• Promotions/Coupons may have limits; they're not transferable and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Price match: We match authorized, reputable sellers on identical items currently in stock. Excludes marketplaces with unauthorized sellers, liquidation, open-box, or pricing errors. Contact us with a valid link/quote before or shortly after purchase.

6) Fitment Verification (Read This)

We're here to help you get the right fit. For wheels/tires and vehicle-specific parts:

• We may verify fitment using the vehicle details you provide (year/make/model/trim, brake package, suspension changes, etc.).
• Your responsibility: Provide accurate info. Aftermarket lifts/leveling kits, big brakes, and body modifications change clearances.
• Mounted & Balanced Wheel/Tire Packages are final sale (non-returnable, non-exchangeable) once assembled. If you have concerns, contact us before mounting or ordering a package.

7) Shipping, Delivery, & Inspection

• Estimates: In-stock items typically ship in 1–2 business days; wheel & tire packages generally deliver in 10–14 business days. Custom wheels are often 12–16 weeks. Estimates may shift due to weather, holidays, suppliers, or carriers.
• Freight & Liftgate: Large shipments (e.g., mounted packages) ship freight. Liftgate service may incur a separate carrier fee if needed at delivery.
• Inspection on Arrival: Before signing a Bill of Lading or accepting delivery, inspect all packages. Note any damage or shortages in writing with the driver. If damage isn't noted at delivery, carrier claims can be denied.
• Risk of Loss: Passes to you upon carrier pickup/delivery per applicable shipping terms. We'll help with claims when damage is properly noted.

8) Cancellations, Returns, & Restocking

• Cancel before shipment: We'll try to help. Orders canceled for buyer's remorse may incur up to a 10% processing fee.
• After shipment/processing: Returns may be accepted at our discretion with up to 30% restocking plus round-trip shipping.

Final Sale / Not Returnable:

• Mounted & balanced wheel/tire packages
• Custom-built, made-to-order, or personalized items
• Installed, used, or damaged items
• Items not in original, resellable condition with all packaging/accessories

• Return process: Request an RMA first; unauthorized returns may be refused. Refunds (less applicable fees) are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

9) Payments & Financing

• We accept major cards and third-party payment services. Card issuer authorization is required.
• Financing/Lease-to-Own (e.g., Affirm, Katapult): Subject to third-party approval and their terms. Any financing agreement is between you and the lender. Early payoff policies, fees, and disclosures are governed by the lender.

10) Product Info, Availability & Errors

We work hard to present accurate specs, photos, finishes, and availability. Occasionally, errors or supplier changes happen. We may correct any error or update information without notice and may cancel Orders impacted by material inaccuracies.

11) User Content (Reviews, Photos)

If you post a review, question, or photo, you:

• Promise you own it and it's accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• Grant TWE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and share it in connection with the Service and marketing.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

12) Warranties

• Manufacturer warranties apply to most products; terms vary by brand. We help facilitate claims but don't control manufacturer decisions.
• TWE does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law.

13) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AS-IS / AS-AVAILABLE. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limited Liability. To the fullest extent allowed, TWE's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to TWE for the product(s) at issue, or $100 if no purchase was made. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (lost profits, data, business interruption, etc.), even if advised of the possibility.

Some states don't allow certain limitations; where prohibited, these limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.

14) Compliance & Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes; not to upload harmful code; not to infringe third-party rights; and not to circumvent security or access controls.

15) Third-Party Links & Services

We use and link to third-party tools (e.g., payment, financing, shipping). We don't control their content or policies. Review their terms and privacy practices.

16) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Informal Resolution First: If there's an issue, email info@tirewheelexperts.com and we'll try to resolve it quickly.
• Venue & Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
• Severability/Waiver: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a right isn't a waiver of it.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
