Shipping times depend on item availability and vendor lead times. Here's what you can expect:

In-stock Parts: Most ship within 1 - 5 business days.
Custom, Forged, or made-to-order wheels: Typically take 12-16 weeks to arrive.
Wheel & Tire Packages: Usually delivered in 10 - 14 business days (freight delivery, signature required).
Ready to Ship wheel and tire packages: FREE freight shipping to the lower 48 states.

Multi-item orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on the warehouse location. Tracking info will be provided as soon as items ship. Shipping costs apply to the lower 48 states unless otherwise noted. Alaska, Hawaii, and international customers may incur additional fees, duties, or taxes.

Smaller items (like lugs, etc) usually ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Wheels ship in their original boxes, while mounted & balanced packages ship freight on a pallet and may require liftgate service (additional carrier fees may apply).

Inspection Upon Delivery

When your order arrives:

Inspect all items before signing for delivery.
Make sure parts match your packing list and check for any damage.
Report any missing or damaged items to us within 14 days.

Please do not install parts until you've verified everything is correct, installation costs for incorrect or incomplete shipments are not covered.

Order Policies

Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us right away.

Before shipment: Orders canceled for buyer's remorse may incur a 10% processing fee.
After processing/shipping: Cancellations may be subject to up to 30% restocking, plus shipping fees.
Final Sale: Custom orders and mount & balanced wheel/tire packages cannot be cancelled once processed.

Return Policy

We accept eligible returns in accordance with our Return Policy. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Custom orders and mounted & balanced wheel/tire packages are not returnable. Restocking fees may apply.

Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. We'll help facilitate claims, but warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and may require direct contact. Shipping and labor are not covered unless specified. Only the original purchaser can make a warranty claim.
