Zone Offroad leveling kit for 2019-2022 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 and Trail Boss models. This 1.75-inch front lift kit includes a 1-inch rear block setup, front strut spacers, Adventure Series upper control arms, rear Nitro shocks, steering stop extensions, hardware, and Factory Protection Plus.

Lift: 1.75 inches at the front with a 1-inch rear block. It levels the factory stance while working within the truck's suspension and steering geometry.
Kit components: Front strut spacers, upper control arms, rear Nitro shocks, steering stop extensions, blocks, and installation hardware.
Alignment: The control arms typically add 1 to 2 degrees of caster over stock alignment specifications. Have the truck aligned after installation.
Wheel clearance: Stock wheels and tires need a 1/4-inch wheel spacer for upper-control-arm clearance. Test-fit any aftermarket wheel before mounting tires, since some wheel profiles can contact the brake caliper.
Fitment note: This kit does not fit AT4X or ZR2 models equipped with Multimatic shocks.

For service work, replacement ball joints use Zone service kit ZONF8202. The ball joint is directional, so install it with the dot facing inward or outward as instructed to prevent damage. This is the kind of kit to check carefully before a workweek of highway miles, towing, or a weekend trail run.

Custom, Forged, or made-to-order wheels: Typically take 12-16 weeks to arrive.
Wheel & Tire Packages: Usually delivered in 10 - 14 business days (freight delivery, signature required).
FAST and FREE Shipping wheels, tires, and packages: FREE freight shipping to the lower 48 states.

Multi-item orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on the warehouse location. Tracking info will be provided as soon as items ship. Shipping costs apply to the lower 48 states unless otherwise noted. Alaska and Hawaii orders include an estimated flat shipping cost of $900; additional charges may apply. International customers may incur additional fees, duties, or taxes.

Smaller items (like lugs, etc) usually ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Wheels ship in their original boxes, while mounted & balanced packages ship freight on a pallet and may require liftgate service (additional carrier fees may apply).

Inspection Upon Delivery

When your order arrives:

Inspect all items before signing for delivery.
Make sure parts match your packing list and check for any damage.
Report any missing or damaged items to us within 14 days.

Please do not install parts until you've verified everything is correct, installation costs for incorrect or incomplete shipments are not covered.

Order Policies

Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us right away.

Before shipment: Orders canceled for buyer's remorse may incur a 10% processing fee.
After processing/shipping: Cancellations may be subject to up to 30% restocking, plus shipping fees.
Final Sale: Custom orders and mount & balanced wheel/tire packages cannot be cancelled once processed.

Return Policy

We accept eligible returns in accordance with our Return Policy. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Custom orders and mounted & balanced wheel/tire packages are not returnable. Restocking fees may apply.
