Zone Offroad 6.5-inch suspension lift kit from the Zone Offroad lift-kit line for 2014-2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD trucks. This strut kit is configured for trucks with aluminum or stamped-steel control arms.

Lift: 6.5 inches for 2014-2018 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 4WD applications. The added height increases ground clearance while the kit is designed to maintain factory steering geometry.
Included components: Crossmembers, skid plates, steering knuckles, and Nitro Series gas struts are part of this kit configuration.
Control arms: Check your factory arms before ordering. GM used cast steel, stamped steel, and aluminum arms during these model years. Cast-steel arms are replaced with cast steel, while stamped-steel and aluminum arms are replaced with aluminum.
Wheel fitment: Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled because of tie-rod-end interference. Factory 20-inch wheels require a 1/4-inch wheel spacer. For tire clearance with less trimming, Zone specifies 20x9 wheels with 5.75 inches of backspacing.
Notes: This kit does not fit trucks with MagneRide magnetic ride control. All-wheel-drive models may need a front CV driveshaft, so review the installation instructions. Crew-cab trucks can use an Add-A-Leaf to help account for cab weight and maintain a more level stance.

Zone Offroad makes this kit in the USA. It is intended for a Silverado or Sierra that sees highway miles, worksite use, towing, and occasional trail travel. Confirm your control-arm type, wheel setup, and ride-control equipment before installation.

Custom, Forged, or made-to-order wheels: Typically take 12-16 weeks to arrive.
Wheel & Tire Packages: Usually delivered in 10 - 14 business days (freight delivery, signature required).
FAST and FREE Shipping wheels, tires, and packages: FREE freight shipping to the lower 48 states.

Multi-item orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on the warehouse location. Tracking info will be provided as soon as items ship. Shipping costs apply to the lower 48 states unless otherwise noted. Alaska and Hawaii orders include an estimated flat shipping cost of $900; additional charges may apply. International customers may incur additional fees, duties, or taxes.

Smaller items (like lugs, etc) usually ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Wheels ship in their original boxes, while mounted & balanced packages ship freight on a pallet and may require liftgate service (additional carrier fees may apply).

Inspection Upon Delivery

When your order arrives:

Inspect all items before signing for delivery.
Make sure parts match your packing list and check for any damage.
Report any missing or damaged items to us within 14 days.

Please do not install parts until you've verified everything is correct, installation costs for incorrect or incomplete shipments are not covered.

Order Policies

Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us right away.

Before shipment: Orders canceled for buyer's remorse may incur a 10% processing fee.
After processing/shipping: Cancellations may be subject to up to 30% restocking, plus shipping fees.
Final Sale: Custom orders and mount & balanced wheel/tire packages cannot be cancelled once processed.

Return Policy

We accept eligible returns in accordance with our Return Policy. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Custom orders and mounted & balanced wheel/tire packages are not returnable. Restocking fees may apply.
