Product Description

Cognito 7-inch Premier Lift Kit for 2020-2024 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 2WD and 4WD trucks. This suspension lift kit includes Elka 2.5 remote-reservoir shocks and raises the front 7 inches with a 5-inch rear lift.

Fitment: For 2020-2024 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks in 2WD or 4WD.
Lift height: 7 inches in front and 5 inches in the rear. This changes ride height while retaining the truck's factory rake more than a front-only leveling kit.
Shocks: Elka 2.5 remote-reservoir shocks with Dual Speed Compression adjustment. Adjustment allows the damping setting to be tailored to the truck's use, including daily highway driving, worksite roads, towing, or uneven trails.
Suspension components: Includes Cognito SM Series ball-joint upper control arms, a 5-inch rear block-and-U-bolt kit, extended stainless-steel brake lines, and a patented Pitman and Idler Arm Support Kit.

The rear kit uses 5-inch cast-steel blocks and heavy-duty U-bolts. Cognito's Pitman and Idler Arm Support Kit adds support for the steering linkage, while the extended brake lines account for the added suspension height. Check the application before installation, especially if your truck is used to tow or carry regular loads.

Shipping times depend on item availability and vendor lead times. Here's what you can expect:

In-stock Parts: Most ship within 1 - 5 business days.
Custom, Forged, or made-to-order wheels: Typically take 12-16 weeks to arrive.
Wheel & Tire Packages: Usually delivered in 10 - 14 business days (freight delivery, signature required).
FAST and FREE Shipping wheels, tires, and packages: FREE freight shipping to the lower 48 states.

Multi-item orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on the warehouse location. Tracking info will be provided as soon as items ship. Shipping costs apply to the lower 48 states unless otherwise noted. Alaska and Hawaii orders include an estimated flat shipping cost of $900; additional charges may apply. International customers may incur additional fees, duties, or taxes.

Smaller items (like lugs, etc) usually ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Wheels ship in their original boxes, while mounted & balanced packages ship freight on a pallet and may require liftgate service (additional carrier fees may apply).

Inspection Upon Delivery

When your order arrives:

Inspect all items before signing for delivery.
Make sure parts match your packing list and check for any damage.
Report any missing or damaged items to us within 14 days.

Please do not install parts until you've verified everything is correct, installation costs for incorrect or incomplete shipments are not covered.

Order Policies

Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us right away.

Before shipment: Orders canceled for buyer's remorse may incur a 10% processing fee.
After processing/shipping: Cancellations may be subject to up to 30% restocking, plus shipping fees.
Final Sale: Custom orders and mount & balanced wheel/tire packages cannot be cancelled once processed.

Return Policy

We accept eligible returns in accordance with our Return Policy. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Custom orders and mounted & balanced wheel/tire packages are not returnable. Restocking fees may apply.
